Commentary: I almost fell off my chair. None of these agents say that picking up the phone and prospecting was an effective strategy. The most influential real estate coaches ... Mike Ferry and Brian Buffini (we heard Brian say it yesterday and Mike Ferry says it every day) say Prospecting has to be done 2 hours a day!
